Our mission is to empower everyone who wants to work by providing them with the support they need to achieve their employment goals. We place the participant’s voice at the core of our delivery and work with their networks to provide an integrated, holistic service.

Our Programs

We provide the right support to empower you to achieve your employment goals.

We begin by understanding your unique strengths, support needs, and goals for work. We help you develop an individual job plan, and then design a support program that is just right for you.

By helping you build essential job skills and confidence and linking you with supportive employers, we set you up for job success.

Our program is all about hands-on learning, mentoring and interactive workshops, exploring job options, and connecting with employers and the community.

Funded Employment Services

Our NDIS-funded employment services include:

• School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) – assisting young people in transitioning from school to work.
• Employment Support and Employment-Related Assessment & Counselling for people 22 years+ to help them achieve their work goals.

Journey to Work Assessment and Report

If you don’t have a Plan that includes Finding and Keeping a Job, we can still help you with:

• Journey to Work skills and planning assessment
• Report to help you with plan reviews and applying for more Capacity Building funding
• Employment Assistance (capacity building)15-65 years old let us help you discover your employment opportunities
  • Other Supports -Skill Development & Public Transport
